preview websites before publishing

I have made a friend a website in frontpage. How do I send her a preview of
the site, before it is actually "live". We have a host set up, domain name
etc. I know when I attempted to have a webpage done by a designer prior to
doing it myself, the designer sent me a link that I could view her progress
on. Excuse my ignorance as I am new to this and created our site from a
frontpage 2000 book. I am running frontpage 2003. thanks for any advise
anyone has.

Usually you just publish it to a subdirectory of a site. For example, if the
site is going to be at www.mysite.com, you would publish to something like
www.mysite.com/preview. Or if you have your own site and want to post the
temporary preview on your site, you may want to have a clients directory to
show stuff off before it's published to it's final site, something like
www.mysite.com/clients/bobsrestaurant
