Previewing Clip Art Problem

P

PhilBy

I have Publisher 2002 XP and my I cannot preview clip
art. It just shows the files with a note pad looking
icon with a small globe in the lower left corner of each
file preview. If I double click on one of the files it
inserts it into the publication. How do I fix the
preview clip art problem. I believe it's only with the
online clip art gallery clips. I have cable internet
service, so My computer is always online.

Thanks in Advance!

I've emptied the cache as instructed and still no luck.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

In the Organizer, tools, compact. In Publisher, help, detect & repair.
Could be your graphics driver needs updating, or you may have to turn down the
acceleration on your current driver.

I have the same problem and have been looking everywhere
for a fix. I've been using this program for over a year
and never had this problem with it until this week.

This is not a specific Publisher problem. I had the same problem in all
Office programs using the Clip Art Organizer. I tried everything I could
think of and then gave up. However, what finally solved the problem was an
upgrade from 256MB memory to 512MB memory. Don't ask me why.

I am also having this same problem and it also started
within the last 5-7 days. I've used Publisher 2003 for
months with no problems and all of a sudden I can't view
the online clip art?? Really need to get this resolved,
hope someone can help.
