Previewing stored picture in 2002 reports (OLE Object)

I want to embed one "logo" in a table, OLE Object format, and have it appear
in many reports. I have done it previously in 97 and 2000 format, but in
2002, now the only thing that appears in the bound object field in the report
is a filename. I am only storing one file. What is the trick to having
these images appear in 2003?
