Previous merged data prints for all records that follow

When merging data from an excel file "shadows" of data are repeated for many merged pages following the record that actually had that data in its record. For example, if record 1456 has $50 in "contribution amt" and 1457-1493 are blank for "contribution amt", the $50 prints for all those records until the next record that actually has a value.
