Previous Period Totals

I have a report with 2 columns: Current Totals, YTD Totals.
I would like to insert another column to show the Previous Period Totals.
This said period doesn't have to be the last month. It could be 3-6 months
ago, whenever the review was conducted.

Is this possible?
