Previous View of support site

For some time I have been using the support site

http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx.

All of a sudden i no longer see the same format where I can search and make
a post and get the help of an MVP by product type.

Has that site been changed? Or am I looking at the wrong view.

Please HELP I really appricted the service of these good people.
