PRF to add account to profile and make default account

How can you use PRF to append an existing profile and add exchange
account as default account? I can add it and make the exchange the
default message store, but not the default account. We have users that
have existing pop account with PST files added. I want to replace the
POP account with the exchange account so there PST files are still
configured.
