Price function difference in Output formula vis a vis Manual Calculation

Hi
I am trying to calculate the Price of a bond using the price formula
there apprears to be a difference in the results when the
Price is calculated as per the formula and when one calculates the
Price using the Definition of the Formula ( Excel help ) manually.
Refer the attachments for the sample calculations as well as the
formula definitions
Could any one help me in this regards
