Primary and Secondary Project Managers

C

Clarke Fielding

As with my organization the project management function is volitle as PMs are
constantly pulled into new project assessments. With this in mind my company
has started to make Primary and Secondary project managers on mid-sized
projects mandatory to lessen the impact of rapid change in project ownership.
With this in mind it would be helpful if Microsoft Project Professional
allowed the ability to assign multiple project managers to an active an
published project. This way if the primary is called away to work on a
critical RFI the secondary can pick-up the active project and continue to
accept time and track progress without the need to reassign all of the tasks.

Thanks
