Primo Version 2.0 caused my Publisher file to crash-Version 1????

I've been reading the thread on Primo and am hoping that Joanne will contact
me relative to sending me the original Primo download. I installed a new
computer this weekend and didn't give a second thought to downloading Primo
(which was recommended to me via this site a couple of years ago and has been
working great in converting my Publisher files to PDF format). Although
version 2.0 seemed to install OK, when I tried to convert a small Publisher
file as a test, Publisher crashed, the document crashed, Microsoft Word
crashed and my cable-connected printer wouldn't work. After re-booting my
system, Publisher 2003 and Word and my document (thank goodness) were all
working fine again--but my HP printer would not. I had to uninstall Primo and
had to restore my system to a pre-Primo point before the damage to the HP
printer was undone. Obviously there are some bugs in this latest version and
the Primo site does not give you the option of downloading the original
version. I desperately need this version and would be most greatful, Joanne,
if you can let me know how to contact you to receive this file. I don't have
dial-up--I'm on high speed; but I THINK a 10 MB file might be too large for
my provider handle, but you could try--perhaps zip it????/ Thanks for any
help you can offer. Sue

John--thank you so much for offering to do that for me. However, I am happy
to report that my computer technician, who has my old laptop, was able to
find the OLD Primo setup and he sent it to be via a zipped file and I was
able to install it and it's working fine. It's 2:00 a.m., but I can retire
for the night happy that everything is working again. Thanks SO much for
your offer of assistance. Sue
