We are trying to setup our Outlook system so that when printing an email it
does so automatically duplexed (to save paper). I need to create a macro to
do this but dont know how - there is no macro recorder in Outlook. Anyone
know of a website/way to do this? We dont want to set the printer to duplex
everything (ie word), only when printing emails. Could do with a button in
Outlook to press which will then print email duplexed, so it doesnt interfere
with Word when it prints letters on one side only if more than two pages.
