Print a file

Hello everybody
Does anyone know how to print (in the default printer) a file (I only have the path, the absolute path)? .. I am going crazy .. I can not find it ... but i supose it is easy? I have to print a lot of them and I need to do it in a way i do not have to open everyone to print it manually ... can someone help me? thanks a lot!
