print a group list (distribution list) that is in Global Contacts

I have Office 2007. If it is possible, how do I print a list or get a list of
names found in a global contact group (distribution list). I have read how
to get the list from my own personal contact list but not able to pull from
global. I am on a company network, trying to get the list. IT is not
forthcoming with the list so is there something I can do to get it. What I
have read on the web site states I should get the list from my contacts then
click on the office ribbon. When I open up the Outlook I do not get the
office ribbon at the top of my screen - only the "Inbox - Microsoft Outlook"
header in the upper left (with the newer logo for outlook - but NO MICROSOFT
new Office button). What am I doing wrong?

The easiest solution is to start a new message, put the DL on the To line,
expand it out by clicking the + sign and then simply select all the
addresses, copy them to Notepad and print it out after formatting it however
you want. But, why print it out? You can just double click the DL to see
who is on it. And that, unlike a piece of paper, will be updated as users
are added and removed on the DL.

Well, if the DL is a personal DL and not a server side one, then yes, those
steps would work.

Well, nothing. The primary Outlook window does not utilize the Ribbon, only
the child windows. Without reading the actual steps, I'm guessing they are
referring to the window you'd get when you actually open the personal DL.
