How do I print a whole notebook with one command
in OneNote 2007?

That can't be done - you can at most print one full section at a time.

That can't be done - you can at most print one full section at a time.

Unless you output it as a pdf or xps first, which does allow selection
of section, page or notebook. From there it can readily be printed in
its entirety (or kept in that form).
