Print area(s) on spreadsheet aren't displayed on screen

Environment: Excell 2002 running on Windows XP Pro

Hi group:

I have two spreadsheets that are almost identical in layout but
different in content.

The first displays the print areas (main print area and rows to repeat
at top area) clearly on the screen.

The second does not display any print areas at all on the screen.

Is there some setting that I've overlooked that makes the second
spreadsheet behave differently from the first?

I don't see anything on this point in Excel Help or on the Microsoft
Support website.

If you don't get an answer in this group, try posting in
microsoft.public.excel.misc
