Print area

In excel when I print a document the print area somehow is reduced, that is
it's height and width have been reduced comopared to the preview.

Am using a Dell Inspiron 8200, Windows XP Home and a hp psc 1350 all-in-one.
The printing was okay up to last week when I had a problem with the Laptop
and had to reload the psc software.

Any help/advise would be appreciated.

Are zoom on worksheet and print options the same?

I have not changed any of the print settings recently.

Yes the Zoom on Worksheet and Print Options are the same.

Hi Don,
I have resolved this problem by resetting the "Size Is" under Print Defaults
to A4.
Was set to Letter (8.5 x 11 inches).
