Hello,
I know Office Outlook is programed to not allow you to Print Off the BCC
field when printing off an email. But what if it is you are looking at your
Sent Items and want to be able to Print off the BCC Field there... You
should be able to, it is your Email that you sent, and you know you sent the
Email to BCC receips...
I fould 2 workarounds:
1. Open the message from your Sent Items to full screen, and do a Print
Screen (SHIFT+PRINT SCREEN). Open MS-Word so you can paste the message with
the BCC's into the document. The only limitation is if your BCC's list needs
to be scrolled to see all of them. So you might have to do multiple pastes
of the print screen with the scrolled list of contacts in the BCC field.
Hope this helps.
Problem with this, as stated, it may not capture all the Info...
2. Open the message and choose Tools-> Forms-> Design this form...
With the Field chooser add the BCC field where you want it in the form
Rightclick it and choose Properties-> tab Validation.
Select it to be printable
Save and close the form
Print the message
Problem with this is you have to do it Everytime.... I like this solution,
but don't like the idea of doing it everytime I want to print off the BCC...
Is there anything else that can Help???
Thanks in advance...
Michael
