print colors as blank on noncolor printers compatibility

yes I know it's good for pictures, but if you have red color in the text
!!?????

is there an option to keep all the text in the same black instead to have
light black and dark black? it seem to be something included in the
options->compatibility-> print colors as the same black on noncolor printers
Thanks,

Jack

Tools, Options, Compatibility: Print Colours as Black on non-colour
printers. Specifically, this is because a mono printer will normally print
colours in greyscale: this option overrides greyscale forcing Word to print
2-bit to line. This should work for text colours too.

Unfortunately, I am unable to very the problem because I don't have any
non-colour printers to test this on. What printer are you trying this on?

Terry
