I am also struggling with this issue. There MUST be a
way! I need this so that the partners can select which
addresses need to be emailed instead of snail-mailed.

Can anyone help with this?? Thanks!

If you are using Word2K or before, create a catalog type mailmerge
maindocument using the same datasource

If you are using WordXP, it's called a directory type mailmerge
