Print Dialog Box

Since you can't really hide the Print Dilog Box, Is there a way of
replacing it? Or at the very least, changing the dialog inside of it?
Thanks
DS

PS, will this change in Access 2007?

DS,
You should be able to remove the File/Print command from any menu. Right click the
menu and select "Customize"
Select File, and drag the Print (Alt-P) to the customize pop up dialog box. That will
remove it from the Access menu.
You can also delete the "direct:" Print button if you have it.

Now, using customize again, you can add a Custom button to that same menu, and through
it, call whatever function you want to use to control the interface with the user...
during your "custom" print procedure.

Thanks AL,
Not quite what I had in mind though, I probably wasn't clear. After you
hit print a little box pops up saying "Printing report on....blah, blah
page 1 of etc.. I thought it was called a print dialog box but I could
be wrong.
thanks
