Print e-mail Attachment Line

Hello,

I have an interesting problem. I hope someone can help.

I have a client that sends e-mails with attachments. The client prints out
the e-mail to place in a paper file. Interestingly enough, when the e-mail
prints, the Attachment line with the listed attachments does not print out.

At that same client's office, I can go to other computers, send an e-mail
with an attachment and print the e-mail and the attachment line with the
listed attachments prints out just fine.

We are running SBS 2003 With Exchange SP1. We have Office 2003 - Outlook
2003 on all of the client computers.

The particular computer in question is a delegate for one of the partner's
computers.

NOTE: I am not trying to print out the attachments. I just want to print
out the e-mail and have the Attachment line which lists the attachments print
out.

We have tried to compare the two Outlook options -- one from a computer that
does print the Attachment line and from the computer that does not print the
Attachment line -- and we are unable to see any differences.

Does anyone have any idea what would suppress just that one line, the
Attachment line, when printing an e-mail?
