Visio 2003 Service Pack 2 may fix this issue... Install it from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyId=C36D4B49-1910-4FF3-A525-47368F6E5FDD&displaylang=en and check the issue status.

I see the entire drawing in my print preview, but when it prints, it prints
the bottom half of my drawing on the top half of my paper.
