Is there any way to print an entire folder without having
to print each page individually? Thanks for the help.

If your folder has one section, you can multi-select pages to print multiple
pages. If you want all pages, the best way to get them selected is to click
on the first page and then shift click on the last one. When you print, all
pages will print.

If you have multiple sections within your folder, you will need to do the
multi-select for each section.

Folder (as in Explorer Folder)? Or Section?

To print all pages of an entire section in one step,
select the corresponding *.ONE file in your "My Notebook"
folder in Explorer, right-click, and select Print from
the context menu.

You would have to select each *.ONE file individually, as
selecting multiple *.ONE files at the same time only
prints the first one.

From within OneNote, you can always use Ctrl- and Shift-
clicking to select multiple pages and then print them.

Hello Steve,

to print each page individually? Thanks for the help.

1. Select one section in the folder
2. File|Print...
3. Select "All" as print range
4. Hit ok
5. Continue the same way with all other sections in that folder
