Print entries on same page?

For some reason, Outlook greys out the "Start each item on a new page" checkbox in my Memo-style print options. How do I configure my print settings so I can have more than one appointment on a page? TIA.

Outlook doesn't support that.

Curious -- my coworker is able to print several calendar entries on one page (usually three per page), whereas my Outlook program does not allow me to click off the checkbox under "Print Options." Do you have any idea what part of her setup allows her to save paper when printing off the appointments calendar?

Same version? (You didn't mention what version you're using.)
