Print envelopes

I have Word 2004. I can no longer print the address on envelopes??? I
highlight the address, go to tools, go to envelopes, go to print, and a
blank envelope appears and it prints blank. Help please.

Check the settings in Word>Preferences>Print. The Envelope tool puts the
address in a text box, which is a drawing object, I think.
