Print error in Outlook Express

I cannot print any emails from Outlook Express; even old
emails that I used to be able to print now will not print.
I can still print from any web page or word document. What
happened? I've tried everything to fix it including 2.5
hours on the phone with HP thinking the problem was with
my printer. The HP technitian was very helpful and we
concluded that the problem is definately not with the
printer software. Please help.
