For the 95% of the business world that still needs to do somethings with a
fax machine, why is there not a "Print Fax Cover Sheet for Contact" feature
in Outlook that is found under either the File or Actions pull-down menus?
Is there a plug-in, 3rd party or other solution for this? Solution should
add an icon on the toolbar. Maybe make this a "Business Contact Manager for
Outlook" feature and add the icon to the BCM for Outlook toolbar.
