Print Footers in Cascading Style Sheets

We use Word 2003 and Sharepoint to house our Co's policies & procedures (P&P).
I want to create an HTML template for our P&P and use a Cascading Style
Sheet (CSS) that will print doc info in a footer, but not display it on the
web. The footer will contain the doc title, doc #, page #, and a disclaimer
about using printed copies.

Any ideas would be helpful.
