print form data in word 2008 mac

I need to just print the form data and I am using word 2008 mac version. Why
does the mac word help suck so bad? I am used to windows and it is
flustering trying to find the differnces. How would I print just the form
data on a pre-printed form? tia

It's on Word>Preferences>Save>"Save data only for forms".

A lot of Forms functionality is missing in Mac Word.

We don't know why the Help sux so bad in Mac Word: I guess they decided to
save money, and Help is expensive to create. Make sure you allow the Help
system to go online. They are adding content to the Help now, but you won't
see the new stuff unless your Help system can access the Internet.
