Print Icon Unavailable

Hi, I hope someone can shed some light on this issue. We
have a couple of Outlook 2002 clients on Windows XP (all
fully patched) that suddenly have lost the ability to use
the print icon. Its simply greyed out. CTRL P works
fine, and the greyed out print icon is present from the
Outlook toolbar and when openeing an email. Does anyone
know what is causing this? We have already tried a
detect and repair which did not work. Many thanks
