print in envelopes & labels window brings up "save as" box - why?

My husband tried to print an envelope in Word 2003 and I have no idea what he
did but now when you click on "print" in the envelope and label window it
brings up a "save as" box to save in MS document imaging format and if you
save the envelope and try to print in the MS document imaging program that
comes up, it won't print on an envelope the way it's supposed to for our
printer. He said he used some wizard. How do I get it back to just printing
an envelope by hitting the print button?

In your Printer folder, set your regular printer as the default. It sounds
like MS Image Writer is set as the default.
