I'm running XP Home SP2 and Outlook 2003. I'm not aware that I've
changed anything about my system, but up until this morning, I have
always been able to print directly from my inbox. If I was in the
inbox, with a message selected, if I clicked on File, I then could
select Print. Or, if I right-clicke on a message, I could select Print
from the drop-down menu
However, when I opened Outlook, this morning, I can do neither of those
actions. If I have a message selected in the Inbox, and click on File,
Print is grayed out. If I right-click on a message, Print is grayed
out in the drop-down menu.
If I actually open up the message, then click on File, Print is
available and I can print.
Anyone have any ideas why Outlook would start behaving this way, and
what I can do to fix it?
