Print just one page

How do I tell Outlook 2003 to just print one page (the one I am looking at)
for a month?

It seems to always want to print 3 pages (the month before and the one after
also). I only want the current month.

Thanks,

Tom.

On the print screen, look carefully at the "print range" before printing
(set it for a range of only one month).

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

I tried that by setting the range from 8/30/04 - 10/3/04. This is what
would print on one page. But it still prints 3 pages.

I found that if I do exactly one month, it seems to print fine.

How do I get it to print the notes? I can't seem to find that on the print
screen or print setup.

If you can't print them, why would you use it?

Thanks,

Tom

The range you quote is actually three months. It did what it was told
to do.

Doesn't seem possible to print notes on a 1-month view. That option
available on the other views.

As to why use the feature if you can't print ... well, for those who
don't want to print on 1-month view, but use other views it works fine.
Or for someone who doesn't need to print a calendar ever, it works
fine. The notes feature is useful to some, even though it's not
apparently available on that particular view.

I don't see it on the other views, either. It prints a Notes and Tasks
area, but doesn't seem to put anything there. I would think it would be in
the daily view.

I guess it would be difficult to print on a month view - especially if you
have a lot of them.

I was just trying to figure out if it would be useful to use notes.

You're right.

The problem is I assumed that since the days I originally set (which was on
the screen), would fit on one month, it would display just one month. As a
matter a fact, that was the default that was offered.
