Print labels from Palm Desktop through word

How do I import data from Palm Desktop into Word to print labels?
Palm v 4.1.4, Word 2002
Palm says to use "send to..." "word" to export data. When Word opens it
does not give me the dialog box with options to select Mailing Labels Under
Drag to Action that palm says it will. Are my word prefs set up incorrectly
or is there a bug? THANKS!

You'd need to ask this in a Palm newsgroup; the option you mention is not part
of Word, so it must be part of a Palm addin.

Other than that, I'd imagine Palm would support exporting its data to a
text-delimited format. You could do that, then set up a mail merge to the text
file, if you can't get the other to work.
