Print layout corrupted

The view: print layout is corrupted. It appears on my screen as if
there was no margin at all on top. This is due to fact that the
header does not appear anymore because if I click on Show headers and
footer the document appears normal on my screen. I tried to delete
Normal.dot to see if the new Normal.dot would present the same bug but
did not cure the problem. Each time I open a new document (using or
not a template) I now have to click on Show header and footer.

AH!

You are probably found the HideWhiteSpace toggle by accident. Move the mouse
cursor slowly between pages and it will suddenly change to a different
pointer. Click and it will toggle off the HideWhiteSpace option. This is to
hide all the blank area at the top and bottom of the pages for faster
scrolling.
