Print Layout View- Tabs and Margin marks are gone.

I used to see the Tabs and Margin marks on my page as I
create a document. I could easily change them by dragging
them left or right. For an unknown reason, My documents
don't show my Margins or Tabs in Normal or Print views.
If you have any ideas or solutions to my problem, please
help.

It may be some type of setting.
