Print list of all styles and definitions in Word 2008 ?

Is it possible to print all the styles and definitions used in a
document?

I noted that this was possible in Word for Windows but have not found
that option in Word 2008 for Mac.

Yes. It's on the File>Print dialog (Same place as on the PC).

Realized I hadn't changed the default print dialog window in order to
show settings for Microsoft Word. :-(
