Problem:
I am trying to adjust a print Macro that was written for a specific printer.
We have replaced a printer at our office (HP 4000 TN) with a new printer (HP
4200DTN). The macro's no longer work. The Macro was designed so we could
print letter, letter and copy etc where letter was in the 2nd tray and plain
A4 in the 3rd tray. The Macro would print each off from the correct tray.
Action taken so far:
I have tried to record a new Macro where it will print from tray 2 and then
from tray 3 so that I can see what the new tray names are. However, when I
go to edit the Macro, I can find no reference to the tray names. What am I
doing wrong?? Where can I find reference to the tray names??
Our Macro's contain a great deal besides prining so I do not wish to
re-write the whole thing or introduce yet another Macro for just one
printer. If I can find out the printer tray names I should be able to edit
the existing Macro to resolve the issue.
TIA
