Print Macros

I want to set up specialized print buttons on my toolbar. One would print
normally from the default tray in the printer. The other would be for
printing from the letterhead tray. On that setting, I'd like to move the top
margin of the first page down 2 1/2", but leave it at 1" on all remaining
pages.

I'm trying to avoid changing all of my settings everytime I want to print
from the letterhead tray of the printer.

I've been working on creating macros to do these tasks, but am having
limited success.
