Print Media options for reports

I have the need to print a report with the "Custom" option in Page Setup. I can access this option on my workstation, but the workstation that will be using the db and printing the report does not offer this option. Was there something on install of Office 2002 that might have been missed? The two workstations are identical, and were imaged at the same time before deployed. Anyone have any insight on this?
