Print multiple copies

Can you print multiple copies in other programs?

Are you using the right printer driver for your printer? Did you check to
see if perhaps 10.3.3 requires an updated printer driver?

Collated only applies if you are printing multiple copies of multiple page
documents--having collated checked means the printer will spit out pp 1-9,
then pp 1-9 again, as opposed to two copies of p1, then two copies of p2,
etc. It will collate the document it produces.

I'm using Mac OS 10.3.3, and MS Office X. When I try to print multiple
copies in Word, the print screen won't let me change from "1". What should I
do?
Also what's "collated" for? The default is checked, so I leave it alone.
Just wondering.

Thank you very much.
