Print multiple page word .doc to multiple pages in OneNote

I have a 20 page document in Word that I would like to copy to OneNote, and
have it appear as 20 pages in one section.

If I drag the file from Windows Explorer into OneNote, I get the whole
document as one page. How can I get it to be 20 pages in OneNote (i.e., 20
separate page tabs down the right side)?

If you are asking about OneNote 2007, then the answer is you can't.

Well, not without printing the doc onto one onenote page, then cut/pasting
each image onto a new blank page. Obviously this is not a good work around,
but it is possible.
