Print Multiple Projects Calendars

Hi,

I work for a residential remodel company who has recently begun a transition
from ad hoc excel/outlook project tracking to MS project 2007. We have
created project files for each of our jobs and also created a master project
(don't quite know how we are going to use it yet).

I have a weekly meeting that requires me to print project calendars (not
gantt charts) for the current month for each job. I currently have about 45
projects that will need to be printed weekly.

Is there an easy way to do this... or am I stuck opening each file and then
printing the chart?

Thanks,

Hi AR,

As you have created a master project file, I'd suggest creating a custom
filter to filter only for a specific project file name. The apply that
filter to the calendar view of the master file and print that month.
Then change the filter for the next project file name and so on. I
image that would be faster than opening each of the 45 projects in turn.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
