Our receptionist has inquired as to how she can print a daily calendar that
shows several attorney/resource calendars simultaneously. She uses this as a
quick reference to look at when clients come in or call for an appointment.
(i.e. A hard copy of the daily schedule for several users/resources on one
page) It's easier than minimizing a program she's working in, accessing
Outlook, opening shared calendars, etc. We previously used a case management
program which easily allowed printing such a calendar, but have since
downsized our computer program budget and use Outlook for our scheduling.
Any help would be appreciated.
