Anyone familiar with the "Print My Timesheet"
functionality for Project Server 2002, downloadable from
the Microsoft TechNet site?
I am trying to print out completed timesheets. I have set
up the link and added the .html file included in the
download, and everything looks great. Except...too much
information is drawn from the .html file, and the
timesheets are displaying way too much information.
Basically all I need to show on the timesheet is the
Resource's name, the task they charged time to, the actual
hours charged, and the total hours charged.
What am I missing in the HTML code to select what gets
displayed in the timesheet? Right now it looks like the
default "Tasks" page showing Start, Finish, Project,
Update Sent, Assigned To, Project Manager, etc.
These fields would be fine if I could re-size the
timesheet as well.
If anyone has had experience in modifying the timesheets,
please let me know how to remove some fields/columns, or
re-size the timesheet to print on a single page. (ie. not
spanning across pages, spanning down A page would be fine.)
Thanks in advance,
