Print Notes in ER Diagram

I created a database diagram using the ER template in Visio 2003 Pro. How can
I print out all of the database properties (Column Name, Data Type & Notes)?
I cannot find a mechanism to do so.

I also have Visual Studio 2005 on my system. Is there anything in there that
might help me?

unfortunately the notes are one of the items that aren't accessible for
reporting within the tool.

I'm sorry Al but i must tell that if ou use Visio for enterprise architect,
the notes are in the report. In fact, this version provide a specific Report
menu.
