print on legal paper

I have created a document in MS Word to be printed in landscape mode
on legal paper. The print preview looks correct--all appears normal. I
have double checked that the layout is in legal, everything!! It prints as
if on standard paper and leave a 3-inch gap on one end, cutting of 2
columns of text. HELP!!

Hi Peggy,

Try this: Go into Page Setup and make sure that "Format For"is set to your
printer, not "Any Printer". Also be sure that you have the latest printer
driver installed (check your printer manufacturer's website).
