"Print one copy" no print presets

I tried the "Office" group on 4/10 and got no response. So I'm trying the
"Entourage" group.

When I "Print One Copy" from Word or Entourage, it doesn't use my printer
presets (which are set to print duplex on both sides of each sheet). When I
do just "Print", it uses my printer presets. How can I get "Print One Copy"
to print on both sides of each sheet?
