Print one copy with printer presets

When I "Print One Copy" from Word or Entourage, it doesn't use my printer
presets (which are set to print duplex on both sides of each sheet). When I
do just "Print", it uses my printer presets. How can I set "Print One Copy"
to use my print presets?
