print only items that were checked off

i have created a table in word with 2 columns. The first column has check
boxes and the second has a list of items. I would like to be able to print
out a list of only the items that were checked off the list

What type of check boxes - ActiveX checkboxes or FormField Checkboxes?

Is it just the text in the second column that you want to print, or is it
something that the text represents (such as a file), or is it that you want
to print the document that contains the table, but only want the rows that
are checked to appear?
